America's Junk Food Obsessed Cities

I found this article interesting. See what you think. BTW while I am talking about what you think, I just want to say I love all of your comments. Every night I go to bed with like 50 ideas swirling in my head for this blog. So expect more and keep up the comments! Thanks everyone! Junk Food Cities

What I find fascinating is that people who eat so poorly don't realize (or maybe even REMEMBER) how good it feels to eat WELL!

I am certainly not one to say "AVOID JUNK AT ALL COSTS ON ALL OCCASIONS" because I like my brownie or my M&Ms here and there. BUT, I do know that I feel much better after eating GOOD FOR MY BODY foods.

Sometimes, however, junk food can be GOOD FOR ME food. Everyone needs a bowl of ice cream now and then. Everyone needs to take care of their emotional, craving body---but when you lose sense of what it feels like to be GOOD to your body, then pleasing those cravings changes to just bad habits.

I could obviously go off...its just what I studied for YEARS in college and still continue to study now. Love the blog!

Big hugs!

I totally agree with jessie. Your body always feels so much better when you eat healthfully.

I used to have a hard time avoiding junk food because my mom always bought it, no matter how much we begged her not to. Now the only snack foods in my house are frozen fruit bars and trail mix!
