Excuse me? Where are you? I love you. I miss you. I want you back. If you fell off the wagon today, get back on right now. Not first thing in the morning. Not after your last cookie. Now. xoxo
Sorry. I'm not very good at reporting every day. Tonight I did my workout with 5 lb weights instead of 3 lb. Big difference. My arms are shaking. My legs a little too. So. tired. Whew.
Day 10: Success! No candy/sweets no diet coke/soda. I even went to the movie today which is where I'm always a sucker for both, but today... Nuh uh no way! Water only thank you very much!
Still going strong!!! Day 10: success! Since my goal is no treats/candy/baked goods/desserts/whatever you want to call it and NOT NO SUGAR AT ALL (there is a big difference ive come to realize) I have found a few treats of my own that are "legal" in my 21 day challenge. You should try them if they are in yours: 1-yoplat light yogurts, frozen. 2- dried papaya and mango from the heath food store (just make sure its the all natural, no sugar added kind) 3-sweet potatoes. 4- frozen bananas or pretty much any frozen fruit. Frozen takes longer to eat and seems more like a treat to me. or make a fruit smoothy with it! Hope this helps someone:)
This is Day 1 for me... No diet coke is my biggest accomplishment! Oh and i cooked VEGETABLES with our dinner.. My husband asked what got into me :) haha
Still here, decided that along with my no eating after 8 I am going off soda too. I kid you not, I generally drink 1-2 32oz. Dr. Peppers daily. I found some crystal light and dumped it in my water bottle. It totally cruves the sweet tooth. once and for all I think I am really going off the hard stuff!
Day 10 was success for me too. I'm getting really busy with my upcoming test so I haven't been writing down everything I eat in my diet log, but after week 1 staying accountabe isn't as hard. Last night I even made whole grain pancakes (only 1 Tbsp. real maple syrup allowed!), almond milk-banana smoothies, and strawberry-orange fruit salad for dinner. Soooo good!
My report for today is failure. After puking all day yesterday, the only thing that sounded good was cupcakes and I gave in. BUt honestly, I am OK with it, it had been too rough of a day.
Today was easy, mostly because I've chosen to stick with the middle column even though I did enough to qualify for the most challenging column.
I was able to bang out all of the push-ups in about 3 minutes rather than spacing them out a bunch. I also did 14 push-ups for my max out at the end. Those felt good. :)
I still feel comfortable with my choice to go easier. I think this will give me a better chance at success by keeping me from burning out on the program too quickly. How'd you do? ;)
Day 2
My second day should have landed on Sunday but I don't like working out on Sunday and I was zonked on that day. I completed day 2 late last night and it was hard.
For my last set, the max out set, I only eeked out 10. I don't know if it was because it was late or what but boy, rough go last night.
