Oh how I wish I had done less than 25 push ups for my second initial test. Yeesh.
As for something more exciting, I am workin' on it. Promise. Coming soon to a theater near you.

I hate maxing out. My arms seriously feel like jelly for hours, and I can barely lift them above my head. Well, week one is over for me at least.
I'm doing week 4 day 1 tonight and man I'm intimidated! Pops, aka the boy toy, is now on the band wagon and is slowly converting his family to the push up and up and up challenge! Thanks again for getting is starte on this Kat!

I just did my second test. I did 26. I really thought I could do more than that, but considering that's almost twice as many as I could do 2 1/2 weeks ago that's pretty good! Hello week 3...
Here's my super good idea about how to not snack during the day and thus eat less and not feel like a lardo. I will brush my teeth several times a day and to avoid the nasty taste of colgate minty fresh food, I won't snack. Brilliant right?! And dentist approved.
Note to self: P90X does not mix with the Hundred Pushup program... ugh :P
