good but not great

I was really hoping that my second test would be as awesome as some of you, *cough *cough Chelsi, but instead I could only pump out 27. That's ok. It's still plenty better than my first initial test and so I am satisfied for now. I think we need a little motivation here, a little pick me up. Maybe I should find something interesting to post about, any suggestions? Or I could just keep doing/saying push up, push up, push up, push up....

Kat, 27 is awesome! Way to go!!! ;)

You know what I would love to read a post about? Referal pain. Like if your back is hurting it could be because you need to work out your stomach muscles. That's really the only one I know, but I know there's more!

I know I've said this before but thanks for doing this blog. It's helped me so much!
